Parking Issues and City Right-of-Way

Winter Parking Rules went into effect on November 1st and will last until April 1st. No cars, trailers (or other things) are to be parked closer than ten feet of the pavement on any street for longer than 30 minutes. Also, please park at least one foot away from all sidewalks. Sidewalks need to be open and cleared of snow for pedestrians.

Nothing should be parked or left in the City Right-of-Way.  Vehicles cannot be parked less than fifty feet from the street property line at an intersection.

Parking and storage on City right-of-way have become a major issue in Millville and we need to clean up the mess.

The Sheriff’s Deputies will be issuing tickets.

HERE is a link to the City Code as it relates to parking.
