CANCELLATION OF MILLVILLE CITY 2019 MUNICIPAL ELECTION
The Millville City Council approved a resolution cancelling the 2019 Municipal Election certifying that each municipal officer candidate is unopposed and is, therefore, considered to be elected to office. There will NOT be a Millville City Municipal Election held on November 5, 2019.

Lance Zollinger and Mark Bodily have asked to be removed from the running for the 2019 Election. This leaves the remaining 3 candidates for the 3 open City Councilmember positions: Ryan Zollinger, Pamela June, Michael C. Callahan
On September 26, 2019, the Millville City Council will review a resolution that if adopted, would cancel the 2019 General Election.

Millville City will hold a municipal election on November 5, 2019 with a primary election – if necessary – on August 13, 2019. There are three council seats for four-year terms that will be voted on. The incumbents are: Michael Callahan, Cindy Cummings, and Mark Williams. The filing period will be from June 3 until June 7 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Those interested in filing for one of these offices must: (1) Be a registered voter in Millville City. (2) Be at least 18 years old. (3) Be a resident of Millville City for at least 365 days immediately preceding the date of the general election, November 5, 2019. (4) Not be a convicted felon. (5) Pay the $25 candidate filing fee.
