MILLVILLE 2021 MUNICIPAL UNOFFICIAL ELECTION RESULTS

Unofficial results as of 12:08 am on 11/3/2021

Mayor (1 to be elected)

ROBERT LEE CUDNEY – 50 votes (9.73%)

DAVID N. HAIR – 464 votes (90.27%)

 

Councilmember (2 to be elected)

CLAY WILKER – 410 votes (47.45%)

DANIEL GRANGE – 454 votes (52.55%)

MILLVILLE 2021 MUNICIPAL ELECTION NOTICE

Vote by mail elections are now required throughout the State of Utah. All registered voters will receive their ballot in the mail the week of October 11th. After you fill out your ballot, please drop it in the election box in front of the Millville post office by Tuesday, November 2nd.

MILLVILLE GET TO KNOW THE CANDIDATES NIGHT

Millville City has two candidates running for Mayor in the municipal election in November. There will be a get to know you event in the lecture hall at Ridgeline High School on Thursday September 23rd as close as possible to 8 p.m. following the City Council meeting that evening.

Please come and meet the candidates so that you are prepared for the upcoming election.

The following individuals have filed a Declaration of Candidacy with Millville City:

The general election will be on November 2, 2021. No primary election will be held.

MILLVILLE CITY 2021 MUNICIPAL ELECTION

Millville City will be conducting a general election on November 2, 2021. The offices that will be on the municipal general election ballot are Mayor and two Councilmember Seats. Each for four-year terms. Declaration of candidacy will begin on June 1, 2021 and will close on June 7, 2021 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Millville City Office (510 East 300 South) and filing must be done in person. The incumbents are Mayor David Hair, Councilmember Clay Wilker and Councilmember Daniel Grange.

Candidacy filing requirements

Anyone interested in running for one of these offices must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be registered to vote in Millville City
  • Be a U.S. Citizen at time of filing
  • Be a resident of Millville City for at least 365 consecutive days immediately preceding the date of the election (November 2, 2021)
  • Not be a convicted felon
  • Pay the $25 Candidate Filing Fee

This notice is to inform you that as a member of the military, a military dependent, or an overseas civilian voter, you are eligible to receive your Municipal Election ballot and/or your Special Election ballot electronically or by mail.  Please go to our website at https://www.cachecounty.org/elections/2021-elections.html for a list of candidates and issues that are on your ballot.

Note: Not all municipalities will have a primary election.

 

IMPORTANT MUNICIPAL ELECTION DATES:

  • UOCAVA ballots are sent out June 25
  • Last day to request a ballot August 3
  • PRIMARY ELECTION DAY August 10

GENERAL ELECTION DATES:

  • UOCAVA ballots are sent out September 17
  • Last day to request a ballot October 26
  • GENERAL ELECTION DAY November 2
