The general election will be on November 2, 2021. No primary election will be held.

MILLVILLE CITY 2021 MUNICIPAL ELECTION
Millville City will be conducting a general election on November 2, 2021. The offices that will be on the municipal general election ballot are Mayor and two Councilmember Seats. Each for four-year terms. Declaration of candidacy will begin on June 1, 2021 and will close on June 7, 2021 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Millville City Office (510 East 300 South) and filing must be done in person. The incumbents are Mayor David Hair, Councilmember Clay Wilker and Councilmember Daniel Grange.
Candidacy filing requirements
Anyone interested in running for one of these offices must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be registered to vote in Millville City
- Be a U.S. Citizen at time of filing
- Be a resident of Millville City for at least 365 consecutive days immediately preceding the date of the election (November 2, 2021)
- Not be a convicted felon
- Pay the $25 Candidate Filing Fee
